Those of you who read this blog from time to time (hello and thanks!) may remember a post I made last February after the passing of Pat Page. Well, at the recent International Magic Convention in London, Pat’s family were there with a stand launching a new website all about the man himself – www.patrickpagemagic.co.uk

Of main interest to everyone was a book entitled The Pageboy Speaks… Again, which contains all the “The Pageboy Speaks” columns he wrote for Pabular magazine, the seminal close up magic magazine that was ran from the mid-70s to early-80s. It is, simply, a fascinating read with comments and reports about most of the legendary close up magicians of the day, as well as his own thoughts on a whole number of different subjects. I recommend this highly to all magicians.
